# Save links with the Chrome extension

> Install Save to Yuri, connect once, and click the button on Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, or any page.

The Save to Yuri extension puts a button on posts. One click sends the link to Yuri. He files it into the same library as a Telegram save.

## How do I install it?

Install Save to Yuri from [yurihelpful.com/extension](https://yurihelpful.com/extension). Pin it to the Chrome toolbar.

## How do I connect my account?

1. Click the toolbar icon.
2. Click **Connect Yuri**.
3. Agree on the Yuri page that opens.

Until you agree, the button asks and does nothing else. The first click that needs sign-in only asks. The next click opens the permission screen, so a click meant to save never opens a window by surprise.

The session stays on the device. Disconnect in the popup removes it.

## Where is the save button?

## What do the button labels mean?

| Saved to Yuri                   | Accepted. He reads it next. Today he also messages you on Telegram when he finishes |

| Library full                    | Your plan's link cap. Upgrade in the popup                                          |
| Too fast, wait 40s              | Over the rate limit: 10 saves a minute, 120 an hour                                 |
| Yuri cannot read that link      | Not an `https` link Yuri can route                                                  |
| Yuri is busy, try again         | Every pipeline thread is working                                                    |
| Could not save                  | Network trouble, or an error on our side                                            |

**Saved to Yuri** means the link was accepted, not that the scrape already worked. A failed scrape still offers **Try Again** on Telegram.
